Log in to Your HoliThemes Account
- Visit the HoliThemes Shop.
- Use the email ID associated with your plugin purchase to log in.
Navigate to Purchase History
- Once logged in, go to the ‘My Account’ section.
- Click on ‘Purchase History’ to view all your transactions.
Locate Your License
- Scroll through the purchase history to find the license you wish to upgrade.
- Licenses are listed by purchase date or invoice number for easy identification.
- Click ‘View Licenses’ for the relevant purchase.
Select Upgrade or Renewal Option
- In the license details, choose the ‘Upgrade’ or ‘Renew’ option based on your needs.
- Review the upgrade options to ensure compatibility with your requirements.
Review Pricing and Complete Payment
- Confirm the total price displayed for the upgrade or renewal.
- Choose your preferred payment method: PayPal or Credit Card.
- Verify your details and complete the payment.
Download and Activate Your Upgraded License
- After completing the purchase, download the updated plugin version from your account.
- Install the new version on your website. If the plugin is already installed, the updates will appear on the Plugins page within 12 hours.
